Skew Outlook — the cognitive decade.

Each year, Skew Outlook gathers the house's reading of the economy of cognition: what it costs, what it returns, what limits it. The 2026 edition carries forward the work of SkewCorp's scientific and strategic boards.

The volume is set out in five chapters and closes with a summary of recommendations sorted by horizon, by environment and by level of accreditation required.

  1. I. Cognition as a resourceWhy cognitive capacity is now measured in cycles rather than hours. A map of demand and the trajectory of prices per millisecond. p. 06
  2. II. Yield per cycleWhat repetition produces. Yield curves recorded across the twenty-six environments, and what they do not say. p. 14
  3. III. Consented participationParticipation charter 4.2 set against practice: information, collection of consent, continuity of participation. p. 22
  4. IV. Remanence: measuring what resistsMethodology of the progression index to four decimal places. Why it never climbs back, and why that need not be corrected. p. 30
  5. V. Forty-four recommendationsA summary for decision-makers, sorted by horizon, by environment and by level of accreditation required. p. 38
