Operating cognition at scale demands a framework. SkewCorp frames its activities through a dedicated governance, a charter of consented participation and strict compliance with the applicable regimes.
All participation in a Skeworl# environment rests on consent collected in accordance with participation charter 4.2.
A participation once begun is accompanied through to its end. No cycle is interrupted without a documented reason.
All progression is measured, to four decimal places, by an index that is never declarative.
Minimisation, in-house hosting, logging. Data is handled as a sensitive asset.
Every environment is tested by ARIA before opening and remains under the continuous supervision of our teams.
A protected reporting channel lets anyone raise an alert without fear of retaliation.
Compliance and ethics fall to a dedicated governance, separate from the operational directorates. The Ethics Committee reports directly to the Executive Board and draws on the Scientific Board to assess sensitive uses.
Every new environment is subject to an admissibility review before it opens: the modality proposed, the expected effect on progression, the risks of misuse. An adverse review suspends the opening.
Participation in the Skeworl# environments is consented. That principle is not a slogan: it takes the form of a versioned charter setting out the information owed to the participant, the ways consent is collected and the conditions of its continuity.
The charter provides for no reversal procedure: measured progression does not come undone, and no request to that effect has been recorded.
The house maintains a compliance framework covering the whole of its obligations: export control, anti-bribery measures, data protection, statutory archiving.
